Requirements for training facility 

We are launching an initiative focused on English language and basic computer skills, delivered through video-based learning. The goal is to provide structured, self-paced learning via a user-friendly platform where learners can register, watch lessons, complete quizzes, and receive certificates.

I am looking for an experienced agency or full-service team to handle the entire project from start to finish — including consultation, content creation, video production, platform setup, branding, and post-launch support. The project must be handled professionally, as I do not have technical or instructional expertise myself.
